Refund & Cancellation Policy
At drkrpradhanplasticsurgery, we strive to provide timely and high-quality surgical care. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations regarding consultation fees and surgical deposits.
1. Consultation Fee Refunds

Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once at no extra cost, provided the request is made 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to show up ("No-Show"), will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Clinic Delays: If Dr. Pradhan is unavailable due to an emergency and the appointment cannot be rescheduled to your satisfaction, a full refund will be issued.
2. Surgical Procedure Deposits

Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a surgery date. This covers administrative costs and the reservation of the operating theatre.

Medical Disqualification: If, during a pre-operative assessment, the surgeon determines you are medically unfit for surgery, any surgical fees paid (excluding the initial consultation and specific diagnostic tests already performed) will be refunded.

Patient Withdrawal:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the surgery date may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

Cancellations made within 7 days of the surgery date are generally non-refundable due to pre-booked hospital resources and supplies.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Completed Consultations: Once a consultation has taken place, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with surgery.

Consumables & Tests: Costs for blood tests, implants, specialized garments, or medications already purchased for your procedure are non-refundable.

Surgical Outcomes: Refunds are not issued based on a patient’s "change of mind" regarding the aesthetic result, as clinical outcomes vary by individual healing and anatomy.
4. Processing Refunds

Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).

Timeline: Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
