2. Consultation Bookings

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24–48 hours' notice for cancellations. Frequent no-shows may result in a restriction on future online bookings.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations are payable at the time of booking or at the clinic, as specified during the checkout process.

  • Surgery Costs: Quotes provided during consultations are estimates and may change based on hospital charges, anesthesia, or medical requirements.

  • Refunds: Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided.

5. Privacy and Data

  • Your medical records and personal data are handled in accordance with medical ethics and Indian data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your health information is stored.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dr. Karan Ratna Pradhan and his team are not liable for technical errors on the website, third-party link issues, or complications arising from a patient’s failure to disclose their full medical history.

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
